Initiating New Violence-free Educational Strategies and Training a peacemaking program. The program is designed to teach kindergarden through fifth grade students about the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights; to teach them about living in a diverse society and respecting one anothers culture, race, religion, etc.; to teach them that they have choices (other than violence) when in confict situations; and to teach them how to peacefully resolve conflict in a win-win manner
