PDFPrint Press Release

The Modest Means Project was created as a joint effort by the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education with the assistance of Joe Kanefield and Hon. Joseph Kraemer. The Project assists those who do not qualify for legal services, but are unable to afford attorney assistance at the standard rates. Qualified individuals can receive a one hour consultation with an attorney for $75 in bankruptcy, consumer law, family law, housing or wills.

For individuals seeking help through the Modest Means Project, contact LegalLEARN at (866) 637-5341 to speak with a representative and see if you qualify for assistance.

For attorneys who are interested in signing up for the Project, you can sign up online. Click here to sign up for the Modest Means Project.
