The Foundation thanks Scott Zwillinger, shareholder with Zwillinger & Greek PC, for his exceptional service through the Lawyers Helping Homeowners program and AZLawHelp.org. Scott’s practice areas include complex litigation and real estate transactions.
The Lawyers Helping Homeowners program calls upon volunteer lawyers to assist homeowners by answering foreclosure related questions or helping to negotiate financial arrangements with lenders. Through the program, Scott has volunteered numerous pro bono hours in direct legal assistance homeowners in need. In addition to direct legal assistance to homeowners, Scott supports other attorney volunteers by assisting with guidance on real property matters.
Scott’s service for the Foundation extends beyond the work he does through the Lawyers Helping Homeowners program. Through AZLawHelp.org, Scott has answered countless foreclosure based questions online from both renters and homeowners who are seeking legal information.
