Victims

May be eligible to receive free assistance with their legal needs from the legal Programs and the domestic violence Programs listed below. Attorneys in the legal services Programs can give legal advice and representation. Lay advocates in the domestic violence Programs can assist with obtaining orders of protection, increasing a victims knowledge of their legal rights and civil procedure, providing safety planning, and assisting with obtaining the services needed to be safe.
