Overview:We are VERY close to an exciting year- 2016 and the Presidential Election!!!!   This training will focus on how to prepare your students to vote without disrupting your already scheduled lessons. Participants will engage in activities that will demonstrate how to teach about democracy within other subjects; such as, math, reading, writing, etc. As we educate our future citizens, we must teach them about their civic duties. Don’t just tell your students about voting, let them LIVE it!! Additionally, participants will be provided with a tutorial on how to utilize the Kids Voting online voting tool.
