Overview: Learn how to teach today’s youth to take the lead among their peers!  This training will provide participants with tools to educate youth on how to strengthen their leadership skills. Through interactive lessons, students will learn important strategies to change from bystander to upstander and to develop service ideas they can put into action. All teens have the potential to emerge as leaders; these lessons will provide learning opportunities for students to analyze the necessary changes they can make to improve their school climate and community connectedness.

  • Provide opportunities to empower students to positively change social issues within their school community
  • Learn effective methods to teach active leadership skills
