Bankruptcy 101 educational videos

Bankruptcy 101 DVDThe American College of Bankruptcy Foundation awarded grant funds to produce a series of educational videos to help improve the quality of basic bankruptcy representation in Arizona, and to encourage pro bono legal work. The Bankruptcy 101 educational videos have been provided to you as gift.

We ask that Arizona lawyers repay this gift by donating pro bono time to one of the following organizations: The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona Self Help Center, The Volunteer Lawyers Programs of Arizona, The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education, or The Modest Means Program.

AZ Legal Needs Study 2007A recent study conducted by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education revealed that many Arizonans with civil legal needs could not afford or didn't know where to find the necessary legal assistance. This study outlines those legal need issues, the areas of the state with the greatest needs and those subpopulations who are most likely to go without a voice in our justice system.
