The Foundation's Law Related Granting Program Purpose
The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education promotes access to justice for all Arizonans. Through the provision of technical and financial assistance to school probation & school resource officers, teachers & administrators, private attorneys & judges, and legal service attorneys & advocates, the Foundation works to level the playing field, so that all in Arizona have knowledge and access to the justice system. The Granting Program for Law-Related Education supports and enhances educational efforts that prepare youth for the office of citizen.

2010 Grant Reporting

Recipients of the IOLTA Law Related Education Grant are required to complete two reports each quarter. To complete the quarterly progress report, click here. To complete the quarterly financial expenditures report, click here. Once completed, both forms should be emailed to Chris Groninger at chris.groninger@azflse.org.

Quarterly progress and financial expenditure reports are generally due 45 days following the end of the quarter. For the 2010 Grant cycle, reports are due:

  • 1st Quarter Progress & Financial Report (Jan 1 through Mar 31)– Due May 15th.
  • 2nd Quarter Progress & Financial Report (Apr 1 through June 30) – Due August 15th.
  • 3rd Quarter Progress & Financial Report (July 1 through Sept 30) – Due November 15th.
  • 4th Quarter Progress & Financial Report (Oct 1 through Dec 31) – Due February 15th.

2011 Grant Application

At this time, the Foundation is not planning on having an open grant application process for 2011. Please check this section of the website after October 1st to see if this decision remains.
