Regional Coordinators

The Regional Coordinator Program was uniquely created with the purpose of assisting educators with the effective implementation of the Foundation's law-related education programs. The Regional Coordinators serve as liaisons between the Foundation and Arizona educators. They work closely with schools to provide direct technical assistance and resources to help them develop their law-related education program. Regional Coordinator positions are available for the following programs: Project Citizen and We the People.

This is an exciting opportunity to:

  • Share your knowledge, expertise, and passion with fellow educators
  • Enhance and expand effective civics and law-related education programs
  • Attend a National Coordinator Conference
  • Up to a $1,000 stipend for doing something for which you have a passion

Regional Coordinator Role:
Regional coordinators will work closely with the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education to promote and enhance a Foundation program within their designated region of Arizona. They provide technical assistance to new and existing educators, ensuring the strength and effective implementation of a Foundation program.

As a Regional Coordinator, you will

  • Serve as a Liaison between the Foundation and the educators in your region.
  • Support schools & districts in their endeavor to implement a law-related education program.
  • Provide ongoing Technical Assistance to educators who have been trained in the specific law-related education program.
  • Host an academic competition in your designated region.
